After placing an order, processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Depending on the day of the week (e.g., orders placed on weekends or public holidays), this time may be extended.


Once processing is complete, the order is shipped, and the estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days.

The ordering process at Anna & Maria is simple.


On the product page, select the item you are interested in and click the black “Add to Cart” button.


Remember to choose the correct variant (e.g., size, color). If everything looks good, click “Proceed to Checkout”.


On the information page, enter your correct address details – please double-check them carefully. Then click “Proceed to Shipping”.


In the “Shipping” section, you will see details about delivery costs – all shipping costs are covered by us. After reviewing the details, click “Proceed to Payment”.
